Good food and great staff at reasonable prices, very clean

Best value for Mexican food. A locals favorite. You will not leave hungry. Generally quick service by a veteran crew. They feature large Margaritas that are mediocre at best. Try the fajitas for two. You will take home as much as you eat.

We stopped to eat a quick breakfast. It was good. Friendly atmosphere. All the locations throughout southwest CO are decent. Mancos CO seems to be the best one I feel.

We came to this restaurant on our first night in town and have added it to our 'must come back' list. The food was excellent, drinks were will mixed and generous, and the waitress we had was great! The place was busy even on a Monday night and there was obviously a local following. While it's not in the center of town, it's definitely worth leaving the main strip to come and eat here.

The food is very good and the staff are as friendly as can be! This is our go to place for dinner. Casual environment and great margaritas!

I wasn't expecting much from a Mexican food place in Colorado, but was very surprised to find it was supremely good! I would definitely recommend this place.

The happy hour margs and food were very good. The only issue was only one guy to wait on two rooms. He did amazingly well. The chips were hot, the marinated pork burrito with green chili was delicious with rice and beans. I would comeback in a minute. Again, the only downside was lack of wait staff. We were there before 4:00, and it had just rained. I'm guessing a whole bunch of people came early because of the rain.

Whenever we come to Pagosa Springs we stop at least once if not more often. The food is amazing. The portions are more than you need and it is always a nice quiet and enjoyable experience. Breakfast lunch or drinks, we have never been disappointed. Three years running for us and I am already looking forward to next year's trip and this one has just started!

Someone told us about this place when I asked for a good place to eat and they were not wrong!! The atmosphere is cool, the food and prices are reasonable as the portions and quality are great. What really stands out is the flavor and the customer service!! You've got to eat here and I can't wait to come back!!! I had the barbacoa and my son had the carne asada. Both were excellent!

Door says "open at 7", I came at 7:10 and it is still closed. Be sure to call ahead to avoid driving here for no reason.

Great, friendly service. Tacos pastor and asada are amazing. 1 ceviche tostada is a meal!

We ate there 2x during our 10 day stay in Pagosa Springs. My son loved the salsa.

Terrible service but good food. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come over. Had to remind them to get waters. Didn’t bring the queso we asked for. And brought us a margarita when we asked for a modelo. Probably won’t be returning.

There was a queue to get in the door, some indication that all was good inside. We got a table for four in about 20 minutes. It was well worth the wait. My wife had enchiladas Suiza, my friend's wife had a bean and cheese burrito, my friend had a cheese and chicken burrito, and I had the taco salad with shredded beef. The food was great and plentiful, the service a bit slow due to the excess of business, and the owners very nice. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I got the fajitas for two. We both liked it a lot. It was a little bit more expensive than similar restaurants but the portions were huge. This picture was after we had four fajitas. There was probably enough food to feed four people.

Best chimichanga I've had, and the rice, beans, guac and sour cream was also the best I've had too! Not a dinky boring side dish, it was delicious!! Great customer service too!

The food here was amazing! It has been my past experience that when I go north I loose authenticity in Mexican food, no matter who is running the restaurant, but that was certainly not the case here. I have two things that determine my thoughts on a Mexican restaurant - - the salsa and the chili relleno, both were amazing! And the guac was freshly made. Service was less then stellar, but I found that pretty standard at Pagosa Springs, and the food more than made up for it.

Best Mexican food in Pagosa, hands down! Chavolos does carnitas really well and out of all of their locations this one has the best carnitas!

I’m from south Texas so I feel like I know what good Mexican food is...I ordered the #38 (fajitas) and they were awesome. They give you a ton of Guac too I was in heaven

Always very good. The specials are very good. The salsa bar has some excellent choices. And their horchata is refreshing. Good place for kids.

their food top notch. Really liked the salsa and the red sauce but I am sitting here next to the bar which they closed off for some reason and haven't seen a worker in 20 minutes. They screwed themselves because I was going to have a second beer but now I will go elsewhere.

Food was delicious. Went on a recommendation from our receptionist at our hotel. In a strip mall so was a bit worried but turned out great. Good environment and staff was fun and attentive. Will definitely go back.

Very good experience at unassuming Mexican restaurant. Excellent Margarita and beef burrito. Good and friendly service. Salsa bar allows you to "have it your way ".
